Restoration and Landscaping
The maintenance works are continuous and every season we make small repairs so the building is healthy and strong.
However, sometimes a major "intervention" is necessary and larger restorations have had to be made.​
In addition, important landscaping work has been done, continuously over time.
Restoration Of the West Tower
​
In 1995, due to the passage of time, the ashlars of the battlements of the west tower gave way and a significant restoration had to be undertaken.

East Walkway Repair
Due to the rains and the and tear of time, the entire east walkway had to be repaired in 2016.
​

Green Maze
​
The labyrinth was planted in 2001. Part of it recently had to be replanted after a fire in 2017
​
​
Vineyard
In 2012 we planted 7 hectares of vineyards around the castle. We have four different varieties: Syrah, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo and Sauvignon Blanc.

Ecological garden
​
In 2021 we have taken a further step with our organic garden, where our guests can see the vegetables we use in our restaurant.
